Hollywood actress Megan Fox has been left with disappointment after her latest movie Passion Play went straight to DVD. According to sources, the movie was screened at Toronto Film Festival in September. But it had garnered extremely negative reviews from the critics. This made the movie bosses drop their plan of releasing it in theatres and go only for DVD.

Megan Fox has played Lily, the Bird Woman in the film Passion Play. The actress can be seen sauntering around in a low-cut dress dripping in diamonds and fur. She is even featured at one point slipping into a thigh-skimming negligee. But now, she is feeling that all her efforts have been wasted after the film went straight to DVD.

However, Passion Play is all about an angel, who is under the thumb of a ruthless gangster and is saved by a trumpet player down on his luck. The movie has been directed by Mitch Glazer and it features Megan Fox, Mickey Rourke, Kelly Lynch and Bill Murray are in the lead roles.
