Ocimnet - Miles Jacobson, the main man behind Football Manager, has released some nice information on his FM blog about the patching strategy of the game, letting us know when we should expect the first Football Manager 2011 patches and what major changes will they deliver.

Football Manager (FM) 2011 Patch 11.3 Therefore, here is the plan for the Football Manager 2011 patch releases:

Football Manager 2011 Patch 11.1: will be released alongside with the game and it will have a dark skin for the game, some updates for the Steam version (most likely achievements) and certainly bug fixes.

Football Manager 2011 Patch 11.2: will be released in December and it will focus on fixing the bugs players will find. Only starting now the game will be close to its final version

Football Manager 2011 Patch 11.3: the last planned patch, planned for release sometime in March. It will bring the game to a “perfect” stage fixing all the remaining bugs and it will also feature all the transfers from the Winter period. Usually, the .3 patch of any FM game is considered the best version.



Either way, from my Demo Impressions I’ve already told you that I consider Football Manager 2011 a rather flawless title, so have fun with it!
