Resep Cocktail Buah
Bahan :
1 kaleng Cocktail buah campur,tiriskan,sisihkan
150 gr Apel, potong dadu kecil
100 gr Mentimun,buang bijinya,potong2
100 gr Keju cheddar parut
Saus :
4 sdm mayones
1 sdm air jeruk lemon
2 sdm susu kental manis
1 sdm krim keju
Cara membuat :
Saus : campur semua bahan saus, lalu tambahkan keju parut, aduk hingga tercampur rata.Campur cocktail buah bersama apel dan mentimun,aduk rata.
Siapkan gelas saji,susun buah cocktail yg sudah tercampur.Sesaat akan disajikan tuang dengan saus diatasnya,dan hias sesuai selera.Lebih enak disajikan saat dingin.
