Naruto Shippuden 212 Previous Events and Synopsis

Sasuke have won a fierce battle over Danzo which nearly cost his life. His heart have desired for this moment ever since his parents have died when he was still at a young age. He even sacrificed Karin’s life just to settle his grudge against Danzo which happens to be the one responsible for his clan’s downfall. Meanwhile, Madara have interfered just before Sasuke is about to finish what he started because wanted to acquire Shisui’s eye from Danzo. Now this might be an important part that you need to remember because this might be a clue on Itachi’s mystery. But before they can put another finger to Danzo, the temporary Hokage decided to use his last resort by activating the tentagram jutsu even if he knows that this will end his life. Even on his last breath, Danzo have thought about the welfare of the Hidden Leaf, its a pity though that his ways are not righteous. His dreams to surpass his childhood friend named Hiruzen who later became the third Hokage have dragged him to do unpleasant things. Danzo died without fulfilling this dream but was happy because in the end, he found his purpose to help his nation by sacrificing his life for it.
