ALAMAN-ALAMAN SUNNAH BULAN RAMADHAN

Amalan-amalan sunah pada bulan Ramadhan
Selain puasa yang Allah wajibkan pada bulan Ramadhan ada berbagai amalan yang disunahkan pada bulan ini di antaranya:

1. Mengkhatamkan Al-Qur’an
Bulan Ramadhan adalah bulan Al-Quran. Pada bulan inilah Al-Qur’an pertama kali turun dari lauhul mahfuz ke langit dunia sekaligus. Allah berfirman:
Bulan Ramadhan, bulan yang di dalamnya diturunkan (permulaan) Al Quran sebagai petunjuk bagi manusia dan penjelasan-penjelasan mengenai petunjuk itu dan pembeda (antara yang hak dan yang bathil)(al baqarah: 185)

2. Shalat tarawih
Rasulullah Saw. bersabda: “Barang siapa yang menghidupkan malam bulan Ramadhan karena iman dan mengharap pahala dari Allah akan diampuni dosa-dosanya yang telah lalu.”
Sebuah riwayat mengatakan bahwa Nabi Saw. pernah shalat 11 rakaat, terkadang 13 rakaat atau kurang dari itu. Ketika ditanya tentang shalat malam beliau bersabda: “Dua rakaat dua rakaat, jika seseorang diantara kalian khawatir masuk waktu subuh hendaklah shalat satu rakaat witir.”

3. Memperbanyak doa
Orang yang berpuasa ketika berbuka adalah salah satu orang yang doanya mustajab. Oleh karenanya perbanyaklah berdoa ketika sedang berpuasa terlebih lagi ketika berbuka. Berdoalah untuk kebaikan diri kita, keluarga, bangsa, dan saudara-saudara kita sesama muslim di belahan dunia.

4. Memberi buka puasa (tafthir shaim)
Hendaknya berusaha untuk selalu memberikan ifthar (berbuka) bagi mereka yang berpuasa walaupun hanya seteguk air ataupun sebutir korma sebagaimana sabda Rasulullah SAW yang berbunyi:” Barang siapa yang memberi ifthar (untuk berbuka) orang-orang yang berpuasa maka baginya pahala seperti orang yang berpuasa tanpa dikurangi sedikitpun”. (Bukhari Muslim)

5. Bersedekah
Rasulullah Saw. bersabda: “Sebaik-baik sedekah adalah sedekah pada bulan Ramadhan” (HR. Tirmizi).
Dan pada akhir bulan Ramadhan Allah mewajibkan kepada setiap muslim untuk mengeluarkan zakat fitrah sebagai penyempurna puasa yang dilakukannya.

6. I’tikaf
I’tikaf adalah berdiam diri di masjid untuk beribadah kepada Allah. I’tikaf disunahkan bagi laki-laki dan perempuan; karena Rasulullah Saw. selalu beri’tikaf terutama pada sepuluh malam terakhir dan para istrinya juga ikut I’tikaf bersamanya. Dan hendaknya orang yang melaksanakan I’tikaf memperbanyak zikir, istigfar, membaca Al-Qur’an, berdoa, shalat sunnah dan lain-lain.

7. Umroh
Ramadhan adalah waktu terbaik untuk melaksanakan umrah, karena umroh pada bulan Ramadhan memiliki pahala seperti pahala haji bahkan pahala haji bersama Rasulullah Saw. Beliau bersabda: “Umroh pada bulan Ramadhan seperti haji bersamaku.”

8. Memperbanyak berbuat kebaikan
Bulan Ramadhan adalah peluang emas bagi setiap muslim untuk menambah ‘rekening’ pahalanya di sisi Allah. Dalam hadits yang diriwayatkan Ibnu Khuzaimah dan Baihaqi dikatakan bahwa amalan sunnah pada bulan Ramadhan bernilai seperti amalan wajib dan amalan wajib senilai 70 amalan wajib di luar Ramadhan. Raihlah setiap peluang untuk berbuat kebaikan sekecil apapun meskipun hanya ‘sekedar’ tersenyum di depan orang lain. Ciptakanlah kreasi dan inovasi dalam berbuat kebaikan agar saldo kebaikan kita terus bertambah.
“dan untuk yang demikian itu hendaknya orang berlomba-lomba.”

SATE SUMSUM, MAKANAN KHAS BERBUKA PUASA

Bulan puasa ternyata membawa berkah bagi vira, ibu muda Asal Kampung Wanasari, Jalan Ahmad Yani Kecamatan Kota Denpasar Bali. Saat bulan Ramadhan seperti sekarang, vira selalu menjual menu khasnya, yakni sate sumsum sapi. Memang, vira hanya menjual sate sumsum pada bulan Ramadhan saja. Usaha ini sudah di lakoninya sejak lima tahun silam.

Untuk membuat sate sumsum memang sedikit berbeda dibandingkan sate umumnya. Bahan sumsum didapatkan vira dari sejumlah rumah potong hewan di denpasar. Sumsum
adalah irisan daging yang ada di bagian tulang. Selanjutnya, sumsum direbus dengan bumbu Bali, yakni bumbu rempah-rempah lengkap. Tujuannya, agar ada rasa di daging sebelum nantinya disate.

Setelah menajdi setengah matang, sumsum dipotong dan ditusuk barulah dibakar. Untuk penyajiannya, bisa dicampur dengan bumbu kacang atau bumbu kecap. Jadi bedanya memang ada dua kali bumbu sehingga sate ini benar benar lebih beraroma dan nikmat.

Selama bulan Ramadhan, vira mulai berjualan sejak pukul tiga sore. Meski demikian, pengunjung yang sudah rutin membeli sate sumsum tiap Ramadhan, telah datang sebelumnya. Jumlah pengunjung makin ramai, bila jelang buka puasa tiba. Dalam satu jam, dua kilogram daging sate sumsum telah habis terjual.

Rata-rata pembeli mengaku ingin berbuka dengan makanan khas kampung wanasari ini, sehingga mereka rela datang dari jauh untuk membeli sate sumsum ini.

Satu sate sumsum dijual seharga Dua Ribu Rupiah per tusuk. Mengingat cukup sulit mendapatkan sumsum sapi. Seharinya, vira bisa mendapatkan hasil jualan hingga Tiga Ratus Ribu Rupiah.

LELE BUMBUNG, KULINER KHAS KAWASAN WISATA GUNUNG MURIA

Makan lele penyet mungkin sudah biasa, namun pernahkan anda merasakan nikmatnya lele yang dimasak didalam bambu? Ya, namanya lele bumbung, yakni masakan ikan lele beserta bumbu dimasukan kedalam bambu, sehingga menimbulkan sensasi rasa yang unik. Menu penuh sensasi rasa ini,bisa di jumpai di Kedai Makan Puri Kajar yang terletak di tepi jalan menuju puncak Pegunungan Muria, tepatnya di Desa Kajar, Kecamatan Dawe, Kudus, Jawa Tengah.

Memasak menu tradisional ini tidaklah sulit. Bumbu-bumbu dapur seperti bawang merah, bawang putih, lombok, kemiri, kunir, kapulogo, tumbar, daun jeruk, dan kayu manis, dijadikan satu lalu dihaluskan. Kemudian bumbu tersebut dicampurkan dengan lele utuh dan dipepes dengan daun pisang. Pepesan tersebut kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam bumbung atau bambu, dan ditutup dengan daun pisang.

Bumbung berisi pepes ikan lele kemudian di kukus selama lebih kurang 30 menit. Jika ingin aromanya lebih kuat lagi, bisa kemudian dipanggang di atas bara lagi selama lebih kurang 7 menit.

Dengan kata lain, proses pembuatanya hampir sama dengan di pepes, namun bedanya, lele yang terbungkus daun dimasukan ke dalam bambu. Setelah di kukus selama tiga puluh menit, lele bumbung bisa dinikmati.

Menurut para penikmatnya, meskipun hanya dengan nasi putih, namun tidak mengurangi kenikmatan menyantap lele bumbung. Pasalnya masakan lele bumbung, bumbunya lebih terasa dibandingkan di masak dengan cara goreng atau yang lain.

Harga untuk satu porsi lele bumbung cukup terjangkau, yaitu hanya Tujuh Belas Ribu Rupiah. Harga tersebut tak sebanding dengan sensasi rasa yang bisa di dapat dari menu masakan tradisional khas pengunugan Muria.

Jika ada yang harus merokok ketika perjalanan, maka berhentilah di sebuah tempat peristirahatan (rest area) untuk merokok di luar mobil.

3. Jadikan ruang kerja Anda sebagai "No Smoking Area"

Bahkan kipas atau ventilasi yang baik sekalipun tidak dapat secara efektif menghilangkan asap rokok dari udara.

4. Jika harus ke tempat umum, maka pilihlah "No Smoking Area"

5. Jaga jarak dengan perokok jika terpaksa harus satu ruangan di tempat umum

Jika Anda harus berbagi ruang dengan orang yang merokok, duduklah sejauh mungkin dari mereka.

6. Tawarkan dukungan berhenti merokok

Jika memiliki pasangan, anggota keluarga dan kerabat dekat yang merokok, maka tawarkan dukungan dan dorongan agar mereka berhenti merokok.

Apabila pasangan, anggota keluarga, dan kerabat dekat tidak merokok, maka setidaknya setiap harinya kita tidak harus bertoleransi terhadap asap rokok.

4 SAJIAN PRAKTIS MENU SAHUR

1. Ayam Goreng Jagung

Bahan:

4 buah paha ayam bagian bawah, kerat-kerat
1 siung bawang putih, parut
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
minyak goreng
Lapisan:
2 sdm tepung terigu
1 putih telur ayam, kocok hingga berbuih
40 g cornflakes, memarkan agak halus

Cara membuat:

* Lumuri paha ayam dengan bawang putih, merica dan garam hingga rata.
* Lapisi dengan tepung terigu.
* Celup dalam putih telur hingga rata.
* Balut dengan cornflakes hingga rata.
* Diamkan hingga agak kering.
* Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga kering.
* Angkat dan tiriskan.

Untuk 4 buah

2. Tumis Pedas Tofu

Bahan:
1 buah (300 g) tofu sutera, tiriskan
1 sdm minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
1 sdt cabai merah giling
100 g wortel, iris kecil panjang
3 buah jamur shitake segar, potong dua
150 g daun kailan muda, potong-potong
2 sdm saus cabai botolan
1/2 sdt gula pasir
100 ml air
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

* Panaskan wajan datar, beri sedikit minyak.
* Masak tofu hingga agak kering kedua sisinya. Angkat, tiriskan.
* Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning dan wangi.
* Masukkan cabai, aduk hingga rata.
* Masukkan sayuran, aduk hingga layu.
* Tambahakn tofu, aduk hingga agak memar.
* Tambahkan air dan sisa bumbu, masak hingga kuah hampir habis.
* Angkat, sajikan hangat.

Untuk 4 orang

3. Orak-Arik Telur Sayuran

Bahan:
2 butir telur ayam
3 sdm minyak sayur
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
50 g daging ayam, iris tipis lebar
100 g bokchoy, potong-potong 3 cm
75 g jamur shimeji, bersihkan
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

* Kocok telur bersama sedikit garam dan merica hingga rata.
* Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam wajan. Tuangkan telur kocok, aduk hingga terbentuk gumpalan besar. Masak hingga matang. Angkat.
* Panaskan kembali 2 sdm minyak. Tumis bawang putih hingga kuning dan wangi.
* Masukkan irisan ayam, aduk hingga kaku.
* Tambahkan bokchoy dan shimeji, aduk hingga layu.
* Tambahkan bumbu dan sedikit air, dan dadar telur.
* Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan agak kering. Angkat.
* Sajikan panas.

Untuk 6 orang

4. Mi Kuah Bayam

Bahan:

250 g mi telur basah/segar
Kuah:
1 sdm minyak sayur
1siung bawang putih, cincang halus
75 g daging ayam, iris kecil
2 buah hati ayam, iris kecil
750 ml kaldu ayam
75 g daun bayam/sawi, iris kecil
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdm tepung kanji, larutkan dengan sedikit air
1 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
Taburan:
2 sdm bawang merah goreng

Cara membuat:

* Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi.
* Masukkan daging dan hati ayam, aduk hingga kaku.
* Tuangi kalduk, didihkan.
* Masukkan bayam dan bumbu, didihkan.
* Masukkan mi, larutkan kanji dan telur kocok, aduk hingga kental.
* Angkat, sajikan panas.
